Thank you for choosing Quibly for your baby's footwear needs. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you wish to return your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return of your baby shoes.

Condition of Returns

To qualify for a return, your baby shoes must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, including their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Process for Returns

If you need to return your product, please contact us at quibly@outlook.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exceptions

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and cover all associated shipping costs.

  • Sale Items: All sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Refund

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
